CWMC 2022-23 Registration Form:

Payment is due at the time of registration.
Please do not use the back-button or refresh the screen unless
directed otherwise...

• STEP 1: Choose a club/season option, enter Player Name(s), click GO
• STEP 2: Click PAY NOW and go to PayPal in a new tab/window
• STEP 3: Once paid,
  select-and-copy the transaction ID# from the PayPal screen
  return to this page, click the 'REGISTER' link at the top
  enter the ID# into the form and complete the registration process

CWMC 2022-23 Registration Fees include the following:

• $25 per Family Volunteer Fee
• $50 per Player for Raffle Tickets
• $80 per Player Registration Fee
• -$5 per sibling discount
• $20 per Player Late Fees begin 12/1/2022
